1. Membership Eligibility
Membership in 1Mint Club is open to all individuals. There are no age restrictions for joining the program.
2. Earning and Redeeming Rewards
Members can earn and redeem points or rewards as specified in our program rules. These rules may be updated from time to time, and it is the member's responsibility to stay informed of current rules.
3. Expiration of Points and Rewards
Points and rewards may have expiration dates, which will be clearly communicated when they are issued.
4. Communication
By joining 1Mint Club, you agree to receive communications from us, including offers and program updates, via email and text messages. You can opt-out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in our emails.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Laxmint Consulting Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or 1Mint Club shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in Canada.
